remaining 15-day supply to the address below within
30-days of the initial shipment of the product.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are
responsible for returned product shipping charges.
- The remaining, full 15-day supply of each of the Slim Body
Weight Loss System
products - Slim Body Patch and Glucolene - must be returned to
receive a full refund of the $34.95 less shipping
and handling charges of $9.95.
- No returns can be accepted if postmarked 30 days
after the receipt of your shipment.
- No returns can be accepted if the cancellation
form is not completed correctly, the remaining
15-day supply is not returned in the original
packaging, and the full named
used to place the order is not included in the
returned package.
AutoShip Cancellation Policy

You may terminate your Slim Body Weight Loss System
autoship program at any time, prior to the monthly
shipment by completing the
